TREATMENT DETAILS
Orthotics/Insoles provide an important, biomechanical contact point for the human body. This means that an orthotic can be helpful in off-loading pain and pressure in the foot, ankle and lower leg. Orthotics/Insoles can be used to prevent pain and functional restriction for a lifetime. Alternatively, they may be used as a shorter term tool during a rehabilitation program.
Our orthotics are designed and produced by Podiatech, Sidas Medical. Orthotics will be selected based on your Biomechanical Evaluation, activity & usage to ensure an exact fit for you.
All of our 100% custom made orthotics are moulded directly to your feet and made while you wait, assessed and tested within your appointment.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT
One of our therapists will recommend an orthotic/insoles based upon you biomechanical assessment. This could be an over the counter insole trimmed to fit your footwear, a bespoke insole fitted to your footwear or a custom orthotic/insole. Our custom orthotics/insoles are made 'in house' using the Sidas direct moulding technology and materials, we will create an orthotic based on your Biomechanical Assessment.
OVER THE COUNTER INSOLES
We use the Sidas range of insoles. These are designed for a variety of uses, sports and footwear.
